Katus Attila received recipes in exchange for training plans
Katus Attila lifestyle expert and six-time World and double European champion in aerobics spent an unusual morning at a school in Budapest. Nearly 200 children in an informal, playful mood experienced what it means to live a healthy, how to eat, why do you need to move. After the irregular training and health lesson Katus Attila consumed a salad menu for lunch compiled and prepared by the children.
The new national outlook exchange program the SULIRAJONGÓ (High School Fan) of Tesco-Global Áruházak Zrt. has arrived to an another milestone. The program encourages to the realization of health-conscious school events. Nearly 800 schools have joined to the initiative until the deadline from all over the country. The SULIRAJONGÓ (High School Fan) program started in mid-January, and aims to draw attention to the importance of a healthy lifestyle among aged 6-14 and their families.
