Accoriding to Hungarian Competition Authority the within named companies in 2005 divided the Hungarian market and so quaranted growing sales and optimizing the profit. In cartel cases the ex officio starting of proceedings may be preceded by a leniency application. The authority has 180 days to spy, but the termin can be extend twice.
