Kardeván: Hungarian-German agricultural trade is expanding dynamically
The Hungarian-German agricultural trade is expanding dynamically. The exports last year exceeded one billion euros, according to the preliminary data – Kardeván Endre Minister of State, responsible for food chain surveillance and agri management told MTI on Friday in Berlin at the International Green Week, which is the world's biggest agricultural fair.
The fair opened on Friday with 1,650 exhibitors. It is the highest exhibitor number of the past fifteen years. Seventy countries will represent themselves, which is an absolute record in the 88-year history of the event. 400 thousand visitors are expected to the fair that lasts until 26 January. Hungary takes part at the International Green Week (Internationale Grüne Woche), for the 42nd time. The Hungarian presence is organized by the Agrármarketing Centrum (Agricultural Marketing Centre) with 22 products of 14 companies. (MTI)
