Christmas collaboration: Customer votes decide who will receive JYSK’s product offer worth a total of 1 million forints

JYSK Hungary Ltd. and Sharity Mobile Application Co. Ltd. launched a joint competition for civil organizations on the occasion of Christmas. Organizations that have received the invitation from the Scandinavian company could apply for the competition. In the Christmas and New Year Campaign based on customer voting, a total of 1 million forints worth of product donations will be received. This further strengthens JYSK’s loyal approach: social responsibility.

Purpose of the competition

The goal of the joint initiative of JYSK and Sharity Co. Ltd. is to involve civil organizations and customers in the JYSK Christmas and New Year Campaign. JYSK’s Scandinavian approach considers social responsibility to be very important, both globally and locally. Their goal is to actively provide help in the communities in which they are present through their business activities.

Sharity Co. Ltd. is a new innovative donation platform where users can support organizations and campaigns by watching advertisements and using their time in addition to donating money. Sharity is the first in the world to offer donations with just a few clicks, even without money. For example, in the case of JYSK, the retail chain donates the entire amount, but the public votes on which organization receives it.

In the cooperation between the two companies, JYSK is now looking for applications from NGOs that will participate in their customer-voted product donation Christmas and New Year Campaign.

Donation that can be won through the application

JYSK will donate a gross product donation of HUF 1,000,000 to those NGOs that have applied for the Christmas and New Year Campaign and are in the top five places based on customer votes.

In cooperation with Sharity Zrt., after downloading the Sharity Application, customers vote through it or on the Sharity website to determine which organizations will ultimately receive the offered JYSK shopping vouchers as winners.

Distribution of the JYSK product offer worth HUF 1,000,000:

placed – gross HUF 300,000 worth of JYSK product offer

placed – gross HUF 250,000 worth of JYSK product offer

placed – gross HUF 200,000 worth of JYSK product offer

placed – gross HUF 150,000 worth of JYSK product offer

The prizes will be awarded in the form of a “JYSK shopping voucher donation”. The winning NGOs can purchase the shopping vouchers at various JYSK stores.
