A Christmas fundraiser is starting in ALDI stores across the country
This is the fifth year that ALDI has participated in the Magyar Élélmiszerbank Egyesület’s Christmas Fundraiser. This year, November 18-20. customers can drop off food intended for the needy at ALDI stores.

It is possible to donate in all ALDI stores
ALDI has been cooperating with the Hungarian Food Bank Association since 2016. Thanks to the partnership, food that is no longer commercially available, but still suitable for consumption, reaches the needy through the Association. This is the fifth year that the department store chain is participating in the Christmas Fundraiser of the Food Bank Association, which will take place on November 18-20, 2022. takes place across the country between As part of the charity campaign, the volunteers of the Food Bank are already collecting donations from customers in 156 ALDI stores this year, so donations can be made in almost every ALDI store in Hungary.
This year, too, the Food Bank’s Christmas Fundraising aims to alleviate the difficulties caused by the winter period. At the entrance of the store, volunteers draw customers’ attention to the collection and more important information about the offerings with the help of flyers. Customers can drop off the purchased non-perishable food items they wish to donate – including canned goods, sauces, sauces, chocolate, rice, non-perishable milk, baby food, dry pasta, sweets, and brown sugar – after leaving the cash registers, at the collection point next to the cash registers.
