Kapuvári Meat Factory: no chance of restarting
The liquidator of the Kapuvári Meat Factory does not see any chance to restart the plant. He believes that the seek for investors for the company will begin in January.
“This could be sale or lease” – Jendrolovics Pál Péter liquidator told MTI, who added that several factors impede the restart. One of these is: To operate the factory economically 1,500 pigs would have to be slaughtered and processed a day.
“The cuts today are typically loss-making activities, and we can not start processing again, because the company does not have the appropriate resources, and trust of partners had been deeply shaken last year” – he said. (MTI)
