Cabbage: natural vitamin bomb comes from domestic cultivation
The harvest of cabbage began in Hungary. In Hungary, cabbage rich in vitamins, fiber and minerals were grown on about 4,000 hectares of irrigated land this year. Thanks to the more modern varieties and the high-quality cultivation technology, this year’s harvest may be sufficient to meet domestic needs – Syngenta said on its professional day in Ócsa.
Cabbages are one of the few important vegetables that could be used for domestic consumption almost all year round. Cabbages have an extremely good effect on our health: they are rich in vitamins, fiber, minerals, but at the same time they are low in calories.
