Heat Wave Fruit: The peach is the favorite in the hot

If there is a heat wave then it’s peach. The warm weather has a strong impact on quality. Excellent flavored fruits are produced this year – the panorama of the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) reveals.

Most of the peaches are produced in the counties of Csongrád, Pest and Bács-Kiskun, but there are significant production in Fejér, Somogy, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg and Heves counties as well.
The peach just like the melon is a “heat wave fruit” its main consumption period is the middle and the second part of the summer.
