Valeo Foods buys Canadian maple syrup maker
Valeo Foods has revealed the acquisition of Canada-based Les Industries Bernard & Fils Ltd – one of the largest maple syrup companies in the world. The deal strengthens the Irish company’s presence in the category with its Buckwud brand. Revenues by Valeo Foods will grow by EUR 95m thanks to the transaction
