Juvencio Maeztu is the new CEO and President of IKEA and Ingka Group

He has played a significant role in transforming IKEA into an omnichannel retailer and has given new impetus to our efforts to make sustainability a part of our everyday business. Under his leadership, IKEA has reached new markets and cities, serving the changing needs of our customers with different sales concepts.

While we are sad to say goodbye to Jesper after 30 years, we are preparing for the coming years with a solid strategy and plan, and we are excited to see what the future holds for us. Juvencio has extensive experience both at IKEA and in retail, and I am confident that he will succeed in the tasks ahead.”
