Hungary’s first business reality show starts on June 3
The Joint Venture Association (JVSZ) has been helping the competitiveness of domestic companies by sharing knowledge for nearly four decades, and one of its key goals is the professional support of SMEs. In this spirit, starting June 3, it will launch a unique program format on ATV and TV2 Play titled Cégfejlesztők, aimed at developing Hungarian businesses.
Viewers of the business reality show can learn about the real stories and everyday challenges of real companies in three key themes: digitalization, sustainability and generational change. The development of the main small and medium-sized enterprises is supported by an experienced business management duo — the Cégfejlesztők — for each theme. The program presents real business challenges — and also highlights their solutions — from which other businesses can also benefit, and viewers can also gain practical ideas and inspiration.
Structure of the program format
In the first part, viewers can get to know nine Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises along the three themes. It reveals what they are strong at, what their stumbling blocks are and where they need help to move up a level.
However, only three of the nine companies can move on, one per topic, so that they can participate in an intensive, personalized development process with the help of the Company Developers.
“Our goal is to show how to grow sustainably in a world where everything is changing extremely quickly. One company from each of the three areas gets the opportunity to move up a level, and the Company Developers select which company they can provide real help to from the companies they met in the first part. At the end of the show, we announce a winner from the three companies participating in the development process. The SME that achieves the most spectacular development during the show wins – of course, we continuously monitor and evaluate their development”
– explained Tímea Buday Kollárik, the managing director of JVSZ and the dreamer and producer of the unique show format.
