New tax stamp for alcohol drinks from July

The inspector can control the information on the tax stamps with a laptop and a bar-code reader direct in the store.

After the electronic data recording the product's way can be follow from the producing to the user. The
new tax stamp has information about the owner of the stamps, when it
was bought, for what kind of drink is it use, under which name, and
the well known EAN-code will be on it.

New rule that the whole tax stamp must
be readable, the text and the ordinal number is no more enough.
