Gerbeaud to open cafe in Japan
The, in July opening Tokyo unit bids the classical Gerbeaud sweets but also offers Japanese tastes. The head of the cafe will be mrs. Gyöngyi Vlasics Böle, the director of Gerbeuad Cafe in Budapest.
The 120 sqm big cafe will be similar as
Gerbeaud's Red Salon. After the opening ceremony in summer, Gerbeaud
also plans a sweet shop in Tokyo. Every time works a Hungarian
confectioner in the confectionery, but Japanese colleagues also learn
the specialities of the house.
