The foreign trade surplus of the EU and the eurozone increased in July
The foreign trade surplus of the EU28 and the eurozone increased in July, compared to June and July last year – the European Union's statistical office, the Eurostat announced on Tuesday.
In July, according to the preliminary seasonally unadjusted datas, 18.2 billion euros foreign trade surplus was generated in the 17 member countries of the euro zone, compared to July’s 16.5 billion euros surplus of June and compared to the 13.9 billion billion euros surplus of July 2012.
Hungary's contribution to the EU's exports in July rose by 0.7 percent compared to June, while imports fell by 3.5 percent. (MTI)
