The new legislation covers the entire “life cycle” of AI, from the development of the AI system to its use. The AI regulation entered into force 20 days after its publication, but the rules it contains won’t be applicable to the companies concerned until later. As Dr Csaba Vári and Dr András Gaál, expert attorneys at Baker McKenzie Law Firm explained: the AI Act imposes a number of obligations on the entities concerned, so it is worth starting to prepare in time to comply with the new rules. //
