The number of guest nights in Romania decreased by almost 45 percent
In July, the number of guest nights decreased by almost 45 percent to 2.436 million, compared to a year earlier, the Romanian National Statistics Institute said.
The number of guest nights spent by domestic tourists fell by 38 percent, while the number of guest nights spent by foreigners fell by about 89 percent. The number of tourists arriving at commercial accommodation establishments also shrank by about 45 percent to 917,000, compared to 1.651 million guests registered last year. (MTI)
