The Széchenyi Rest Card to be introduced next year
The Széchenyi Rest Card is expected to be usable in the next season. The card will be used in hotels and health services and in hospitality – said Horváth Endre, Deputy Secretary of Economic Development in charge for tourism at a press conference on Monday in Budapest.
The card can be given to the employees up to 300 thousand HUF, with a 16 percent income tax. The commission is 1.5 percent, which will cover the operation of the system. The Deputy Secretary said, that the draft of the government regulation over the Széchenyi Rest Card will be completed in the next few days. According to their calculations; the card will generate a 30 percent increase in demand – reports vallalkozoinegyed.hu.
