The Árkád shopping mall in Szeged will open next fall
It is planned, that the Árkád shopping mall in Szeged will be opened in autumn 2011. In the three-storey, 41 thousand square meter shopping center, 130 stores will operate – said Christoph Agustin, Executive of the builder ECE Projektmanagement Budapest K
The Director told, that the ECE and the Westdeutsche Immobilienbank AG signed a 74 million euros construction funding agreement contract for the shopping mall. The total costs will be 100 million euros. With this, the Árkád of Szeged, will be Hungary’s largest foreign capital financed construction project – reports Népszabadság Online.
