Wizz Air expects air traffic to pick up from the middle of next year
Wizz Air expects air passenger traffic to pick up from the middle of next year, while the airline considers controlling cost levels to be its primary task, but will continue to take over new aircraft.
The airline, led by Váradi József wrote in its financial report for the first half of the year ended on 30 September that the number of passengers decreased by 70 percent to 6.6 million, compared to a year before, and the occupancy factor decreased from 94 to 64 percent due to the pandemic. (MTI)
