Acquisition of PepsiCo’s Hungarian affiliate gets the green light
In January 2018 Karlovarské minerální vody (KMV) announced the acquisition of PepsiCo affiliates in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In Hungary Szentkirályi-Kékkúti Mineral Water Kft. has realised the transaction. At the end of May the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) decided that the deal could go ahead. //
