Omni consumers coming?
According to a recent survey conducted by IBMin the US and the UK, a new type of consumer is emerging. “Omni consumers” are quite immune to traditional advertising, as they are rather conscious, sceptical and likely to share their experiences with others through channels like the Internet. Omni consumers only trust products they know everything about. Since providing information is a competitive advantage, IBM will introduce a Food Safety Management System to help in monitoring products.
