The new store chain is coming to Hungary, TEDi, Pepco, KiK can be worried
Half Price is a store chain of Polish origin, behind one of Europe’s largest shoe retailers and manufacturers, none other than CCC. The store chain made its debut in Poland in the spring of 2021, where they increased their number to 13 stores in a short period of time. Shortly after the launch in Poland, they also opened a store in Hungary, in August 2021, which has since been followed by two more.
Half Price is a Polish brand owned by CCC. Half Price is based on a so-called Off-price model, which means that branded and/or designer items can be bought at a discount. It’s almost like an outlet. Buyers here have to think about older collections, clothes that have been returned or left in warehouses, which Half Price practically sells out.
How many Half Price shops are there in Hungary?
The chain is now present in Hungary with 3 stores, two in Budapest and one in Miskolc.
What can you get at Half Price?
At Half Price, you can buy a lot of other things besides branded and designer stuff. But the main part of the assortment is characterized by classic garments. In addition, however, you can get a lot of other trinkets, for example in the apartment and home section, from tableware to kitchen accessories, textiles, home decoration and outdoor products.
