CBA and Cent stores performed well
The CBA retail chain’s turnover was HUF 578.5 billion in 2012, surpassing the level of 2011 by 2.4 percent. Volume sales of CBA Príma and CBA Cent stores increased. Altogether there are 3,225 CBA stores. Communications director Attila Fodor told us that CBA Príma stores also sell higher quality products, in 150 of them there are even special wine shops – wine sales by CBA stores grow by 15-20 percent a year. At the end of February the CBA Webshop was relaunched in Budapest in Pest County with more than 3,000 items.
