The domestic manufacturing industry starts the year well

In January, the output of the manufacturing industry has increased the most significantly in Hungary, in the Central and Eastern European region and in contrast with the euro zone the sector shows a growing trend – show the Purchasing Manager indicators, published on Friday.

The index in Hungary is the highest now since spring last year, and much more than the average in the euro zone: the index was 55.9 points, after the 48.9 points of December exceeding the average January values ​​of the previous years, as well as the values of the past ten months. (MTI)
