Hungarians love pralines
According to Nielsen research the sales of praline grow by 16% in value and by 13% in volume.
The biggest segment is the
non-alcoholic praline with 50% in sold volume. The price of it
increased by 6%. The market share of privat label products grow to
30% from last years 22%. The most pralines are sold in the modern
retail chains. 72% of the sales happened in the store with over 400
sqm retail area.
