People preferring domestic webstores
The researches of the European Union have shown that EU consumers afraid from the dangers of cross-border shopping, the difficulties of law enforcement, and prefer domestic webstores – told the National Consumer Protection Authority to MTI on Thursday.
The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), consists of national organizations.
Beside the assistance in resolving these complaints, the European Consumer Centres Network highlights the importance of consumer information, including the benefits and the dangers of cross-border purchases as well. The goal is to increase confidence in cross-border shopping – reports MTI.
