Good quality, but fewer grapes grown this year in Villány, compared to last year – Nagy Gergely, the mountain village council secretary told MTI on Wednesday.
Wine makers are confident and believe that this year’s vintage will be definitely good. The next few days will decide, whether it will be outstanding quality wine this year's – said the expert.
He recalled that in the late spring frost damages decimated the crops in several places, causing yield losses of 5-10 percent throughout the region, according to estimates. (MTI)
