Nébih seized unmarked and illegally frozen meat
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) seized about 1.4 tonnes of unmarked and illegally ie. locally frozen meat products in Nagykanizsa – the Nébih informed MTI on Wednesday.
During the inspection, carried out in seven stores at Nagykanizsa’s market hall, the officers seized 1358 kilograms of products during the inspection of meat and poultry products. The largest item, 800 kilograms of meat and meat products were found in the warehouse of a butcher shop. (MTI)
