Passenger traffic has increased significantly at the Liszt Ferenc Airport
Passenger traffic rose significantly by 13.3 percent in September at the Liszt Ferenc Airport, while in the ninth month of the year 1 million 247 thousand passengers visited the airport.
According to a statement of the Budapest Airport sent to MTI on Friday, the number of passengers has never been so much in the airport as in September.
During the January-September period, 9.8 million passengers were served, 14.5 percent more than in the same period last year.
The growth in passenger traffic is almost twice the European growth average, which was 8 percent this year. (MTI)
