Passenger traffic at the Ferihegy Airport slowed down significantly in the first quarter
The growth rate of passenger traffic at the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport dropped significantly, with a 5.4 percent increase in sales in the first quarter of 2019, compared to the previous year’s 17 percent.
According to the data released by CAPA Air Traffic Knowledge Center on Monday, 1.2 million passengers visited the Ferihegy Airport in March, 5.4 percent more than a year before. Passenger traffic in the first quarter reached 3.1 million, which is a 5.7 percent increase, compared to the first quarter of 2018. (MTI)
