The water supply will significantly decrease in the Balaton catchment area by 2100
According to researchers’ forecasts, a significant drop will occur in water resources in the catchment area of Lake Balaton for 2100, also affecting the utilization of the lake.
On Tuesday, at a conference organized by the Balaton Development Council on Earth Day, Botos Barbara, Head of Department of the Ministry of National Development (NFM), said on a Tuesday at Csopak, that the Lake Balaton is the purest air area of the country. (MTI)
