The guest traffic of the Hungarian baths increased significantly last year. According to the preliminary data, 6-7 percent more, a close to 42 million guests were welcomed – Boros László Attila, the new president of the Hungarian Bath Association told at the press conference of the Hungarian Tourism Association on Tuesday in Budapest.

In tourism and health tourism there is a significant growth potential according to the tourism organizations, and the total number of hotel guest nights in the spas and wellness baths give 30 percent of the sector’s revenue. (MTI)
