Kifli.hu expands significantly in Western Hungary

Kifli.hu will make the lives of another 150,000 people easier in Western Hungary from February 9. The online supermarket’s outstanding quality products – including its own-brand products, which compete with discount chains in price while competing with the biggest brands in quality – will be available with home delivery in the region from Győr to Komárom, also in the settlements between the two big cities. The current expansion is not an isolated development, but a long-planned, regional-scale opening.

The Komárom-Győr region is one of the most economically active regions in the country, where many people commute daily and work multiple shifts, so families are naturally looking for time-saving solutions. With the launch of Kifli.hu home delivery, shopping will now be not a separate program, but a task that can be easily integrated into everyday life for residents here. Online ordering can save up to 200 hours a year, or more than a week, compared to shopping in traditional stores. Kifli orders arrive conveniently, at a pre-selected time slot on any day, without having to lug around or stand in line.

“An expansion of this scale is not just a geographical decision. In the recent period, we have also transformed our background processes, capacities and warehouse operations so that we can provide the same freshness, accuracy, price and quality in the newly connected settlements in this region that our existing customers have become accustomed to from us,” said Szilveszter Sasvári, Marketing Manager of Kifli.hu.

The entire range of Kifli.hu will be available in the new delivery area, with more than 15thousand products. In addition to fresh vegetables and fruits from domestic producers, meats, and artisanal baked goods, you can also order chilled and frozen foods, drugstore and pharmacy items, toys, baby products, and pet food.

Families living in the region can also join the Kifli Xtra loyalty program, which always provides free delivery, even within two hours. It also makes private label and BIO products available at a 10 percent discount compared to the typical price in discount chains. The Xtra program can be tried for free for 30 days. The Kiflicske Klub offers exclusive discounts and delivery to families with young children, while the Akadálymentes Klub provides assistance to people over 65 and those with disabilities.

Delivery will start in the following settlements on February 9: Komárom, Kocs, Naszály, Mocsa, Nagyigmánd, Kisigmánd, Csém, Ács, Bábolna, Bana, Bőny, Nagyszentjános, Vének, Kisbajcs, Nagybajcs, Vámosszabadi, Ikrény, Börcs, Abda, Győrújfalu, Győrzámoly, Győrladamér, Győrújbarát and Győr.
