Registering for the OKÉS competition

‘Traditional values in modern public catering’ is the theme of the 5th National Public Catering Chef Competition (OKÉS). There will be 3 rounds in the competition: first documents (menu, calculations, etc.) will be evaluated, then there will be regional finals and finally a national final next spring. It is interesting that the total sum of purchasing ingredients for the menus can’t exceed net HUF 420.
