We are barely past the first, rudimentary steps of robotization in the hospitality industry, but the widespread use of robots – not even humanoids! Jeeves, which is already operating in some German hotels, looks more like humanoids (a little) than robotic arms baking in the kitchen or mixing drinks in the bar, and like all such, its advertising value is worth mentioning. According to its operators, it is a good investment – it replaces the work of room waiters of its human colleagues.
