Consumer confidence improved in the USA
Consumer confidence improved in the USA in November – according to the final data of the Reuters and the University of Michigan.
According to the regular monthly survey published on Wednesday, the overall consumer sentiment index rose to 91.3 points from the 90.0 points of October. Analysts, however, expected 93.0 points. The final, exact 91.3 points data is close to the 91.6 points average of the past six months.
The assessment of the current situation sub-indicator increased to 104.3 points from the previous month's 102.3 points.
