The cash register situation has improved because of the online transition
The cash register market has come to a standstill after the online transition. The general technical situation of the cash registers has improved and because of the legal requirements, many new appliances under warranty were purchased.
According to one of the largest cash register solution provider the Laurel Group's experiences, the number of complaints and alarms do not exceed the typical volume before the online transition and even declined somewhat as well.
The online cash registers are opertaing stably, the system has outgrown its children's illnesses. The number of bug reports are slightly less than before the NAV wiring – Bessenyei István, owner and managing director of the Laurel Group told.
