The investor sentiment in the euro area improved in May
In May, the investor sentiment in the euro area improved for the third consecutive month, according to a statement of the Berlin-based Sentix Economic Research Institute in.
The investor sentiment index has risen to the highest level (5.3 points) since the end of November last year, from April’s minus 0.3 points. Analysts expected minus 2.1 points.
The value of the indicator above zero means optimism, the value below zero, reflecting worrying expectations. (MTI)
