The utilization of logistics real estate in Budapest has improved
14.2 percent of urban logistics real estate in the area of Budapest was empty at the end of the third quarter. A year ago this ratio was almost 20 percent – the survey of the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund and Colliers International Property Consultant reveals.
According to the survey sent to MTI, the 186 thousand square meters of urban logistics real estate is 10 percent of the entire supply of Budapest. These logistics parks are used to be called industrial parks, depending on who is investigating them. (MTI)
