Individual companies can be established from January

New company types, limited or unlimited liability individual firms will be introduce by the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, which is available on the website of the Parliament.

From the next year it will not be required to aquire business cards, it will be enough to report it. However, the electronic administration will be mandatory.
With e-administration the entrepreneur will have access to ones tax number and statistical note. Those who has expired tax or adjunct debts can also establish individual ventures – reports Népszabadság.
