The system of tobacco shops will be launched in July instead of January

Instead of January next year, the Constitutional Affairs Committee of the Hungarian Parliament proposes to set up the concession tobacco shop system from the 1^st of July 2013.

The scope of the Law would not be extended to airport duty-free shops, one could not inherit the concession right and only tobacco products should be sold in the “National Tobacco Shops”, but in some small settlements one can buy cigarettes in mobile stores. The proposed changes before the final vote was accepted on Monday. (MTI)
