Flavours from Mór Jókai’s table
The VakVarjú restaurant family is organizing a special and unrepeatable event for gourmets and gastronomic experience hunters joining their regular guest program: they are waiting for them on a gastronomic literary time travel on April 11 at 7 p.m. at the ÖbölHáz Event Center.

Writers and flavors – starring Mór Jókai, Krisztián Nyáry, Béla Fesztbaum and VakVarjú chefs
The inspiration for the evening’s dishes was provided by Krisztián Nyáry’s book “This is how they ate – Hungarian writers and their dishes”. The gastronomic evening will not only be a dinner, but also an interesting time travel into the gastronomic world of the Reformation era, during which the chefs of VakVarjú will prepare the most beloved dishes of our most famous Hungarian writer and his time on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Mór Jókai – with a little VakVarjú twist.
