New lactose- and gluten-free Sága Retro Bologna recalls the flavours of old times. The product is made from turkey meat and is available in 2,000g format from the deli counter and in 150g protective atmosphere packaging from the self-service counter. When it comes to buying meat products, Hungarians still most often choose Bologna and in terms of value sales it is second behind wiener; 20 percent of Bologna sold are turkey products.
