Here is the latest Economic Survey of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The generally weak economic situation also has a negative effect on the business mood of German companies in Hungary. This is revealed by the latest survey of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK), which was presented on Wednesday.
When presenting the results, András Sávos, the president of DUIHK, emphasized that the economy is currently facing several challenges at the same time – both in Hungary, Germany and other countries. He warned: In the future, there will be parallel challenges with us as well, it is a vain dream that we can return to a crisis-free, calm path one day. In addition, huge structural changes are taking place that will radically transform the economy: the energy transformation undertaken in the name of climate protection or the rise of artificial intelligence, which will have a massive impact on the activities of almost every company. Especially medium-sized enterprises are faced with difficult decisions, since these changes result in many existing business models no longer working or having to be fundamentally transformed, but at the same time new opportunities also arise, said the chamber president.
