At the event on the Vörösmarty Square the customer can meet with craft products only; the exhibitors are chosen by a professional jury on the basis of stringent quality requirements. Bán Teodóra, managing director of the Budapest Festival and Tourism Centre (BFTK) said that the Christmas market on the Vörösmarty tér is an important element of the city's winter tourism offer, which is ranked among the top 10 in Europe for years.
