The ITM will present the details of the adopted SME strategy on 5 November
The ministry has drawn up an SME strategy prepared by the government and the details will be presented on 5 November – György László, Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) said at the SME Equity Financing Conference organized by Porfolio and Hiventures, a member of the Hungarian Development Bank (MFB).
The Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) emphasized that, based on the needs and suggestions of businesses, the strategy identified seven areas for intervention. Thus, the SME strategy is to create an entrepreneur-friendly regulatory and tax environment, to develop the business environment and e-government tools, to strengthen the sector’s development capacity, innovation, digital performance, support the acquisition of the necessary knowledge, stimulate access to finance, internationalization, and to help with generational change.
