ITM: sector wage subsidies has already applied for to retain more than 50,000 jobs
So far, about 7,000 companies have applied for a sectoral wage subsidy totaling 5 billion HUF for more than 50,000 employees – Bodó Sándor, Secretary of State responsible for Employment Policy of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM), announced on Monday.
According to a statement from the ministry, the secretary of state said the deadline for the program had been extended and the range of stakeholders had been expanded. From 10 December, tour operators and intermediaries and accommodation service providers can also apply for support. (MTI)
