A new period of warranty began in Hungary from 2021, with the comprehensive modernization of the regulation, which has remained unchanged for a decade and a half.

The Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) has prepared a model warranty card with content agreed with trade associations, thus supporting the law-abiding behavior of businesses, the ministry said on Monday.
