A new period of warranty began in Hungary from 2021, with the comprehensive modernization of the regulation, which has remained unchanged for a decade and a half.
Sample warranty card can help businesses comply with the law
The amendments also affected the means of enforcing repair and replacement claims, the warranty card. The Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) has prepared a model warranty card with content agreed with trade associations, thus supporting the law-abiding behavior of businesses, the ministry said on Monday.
