Some kind of infringements were found at 90 percent of the checked web stores in recent years, – Keszthelyi Nikoletta, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) told M1 news channel on Friday morning.
He said thousands of checks have been made in online stores in the past few years and more than one thousand test purchases have been made.
Webshops have to comply with very detailed legislation, the most important is the information obligation. (MTI)
