Stavmat produces building materials from cardboard in Kaposvár

The Stavmat Építőanyag Kereskedelmi Zrt. in Kaposvár started the production of gypsum board replacement sheets with the recycling of tetra pak beverage boards – announced Szita Károly (Fidesz-KDNP) mayor at the Somogy county seat on Wednesday.

At the press conference on the subject, the politician acknowledged that the investment with environmental protection and sustainability in Kaposvár will begin.
Ivan Frantisek, CEO of the Slovak-owned company, reported that the total value of the investment was about 3.9 billion HUF. The building material is currently being produced by an experimental production line, with two more to be commissioned next January. (MTI)
